The Pavilion Phnom Penh

It’s kind of entering paradise when you walk through the narrow garden full of palms and ferns past the pool towards the lobby. This city villa was built in the Mid-1920s in French-Khmer style for the mother of the former regent King Sihanouk. The concept of today’s hotel management is based on ecologically, culturally, and ethically sustainable tourism. No wonder, that we also found several rooms with ground-level access for wheelchairs. The pool has wide steps. The restaurant offers delicious Khmer cuisine. On our next visit to Phnom Penh, we will definitely stop by again!
